International symposium Max Dvořák and the Denkmalpflege

The Monuments Boards of the Slovak Republic would like to invite you to the international symposium Max Dvořák and the Denkmalpflege. The ON LINE event will take place on 13 October 2021.

Max Dvořák (1874–1921), one of the key figures of the Vienna School of Art History, also served in the bodies of monument protection and left a deep mark on its history. Speakers in the international symposium dedicated to the centenary of Dvořák’s death focus on his legacy for the protection of monuments in the wider territories of the Habsburg Monarchy.
